What we collect

• Account: your email address. An account is created automatically when you make a booking; you can only sign in to it after confirming the email. If you sign in with Google — your name, email and profile photo provided by Google.
• Booking: driver's first and last name, phone, email, date of birth, year the driving licence was issued, and, if provided, passport details (number, citizenship, expiry date), driving licence details (number, country of issue, expiry date), flight number, delivery address and a comment.
• Technical cookies: sign-in session, chosen language and currency.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — only with your consent given in the banner at the bottom of the site. Google receives anonymised data about page visits. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To create and manage your booking and to contact you about it.
• To check the driver's age and driving experience required for the car.
• To let you sign in and see your bookings.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Payments

Online payments are processed by the payment provider you choose. We do not receive or store your card details.

Who processes the data

Data is stored with our hosting provider and emails are sent through an email delivery service. Booking notifications for our staff (your name, phone, email and booking details) are delivered through Telegram. With your consent, website usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Data is processed in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
